Women, as well as girls, still fall behind the men and boys on some fundamental aspects globally.

Amanda Purvankara, director of one of India’s largest real estate development companies, Provident Housing Limited, is breaking all those boundaries and is also working tirelessly in empowering marginalized women in India.

While advocating for gender equality, in a recent interview she talks about how women have been noted to be natural peacekeepers, mediators, meticulous planners, organizers, and multi-taskers and with the current prowess women have in the workforce, companies would be at a disadvantage if they didn’t harness these developments.
